Portal access
TelBamboo customer portal access is invitation-only. A company account must be opened or approved by TelBamboo sales before a user can access customer-specific tools, rates, reports, or services.
Use of services
Customers are responsible for using messaging, voice, number, verification, and communication services in compliance with applicable laws, carrier rules, destination requirements, and agreed commercial terms.
Commercial terms
Pricing, routes, account limits, supported countries, sender IDs, numbers, and service availability are confirmed separately by TelBamboo sales and operations before production use.
